Mark is the chief executive officer and managing director of Fletcher Building, New Zealand’s largest listed company. He held a number of senior management positions within the Formica Group prior to his appointment as chief executive of Formica Corporation in 2008. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Northumbria University.
