Bio
Amanda is the Founder and Director of Optimum Law, a boutique law practice based in Auckland and serving clients across Aotearoa and the US with family- and talent-based immigration to the US; US visas and residency after a conviction or denial; and renunciation of US citizenship.
She is uniquely qualified to assist Kiwis and others in Aotearoa with US visa, residency, and citizenship issues and brings genuine passion to her work, having been raised and educated in the US before making a multi-cultural home with her Kiwi partner for the last 20 years.
Amanda earned a BA (with great distinction) from Baldwin-Wallace University (Berea, OH USA) and JD (with distinction) from Seattle University School of Law. She grew up in Ohio and maintains her law license in Washington State. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and frequent speaker with AILA's APAC Chapter.
