Studio Leonelli is a boutique US business and commercial law firm based in Austin, Texas. We help Kiwi companies, investors, and business owners establish and scale in the United States, from setting up US subsidiaries, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, hiring, and raising money from US investors. We give Kiwi clients direct access to US legal expertise without the distance, delay, or billing rates of a large international firm.

The firm was founded by Perth-born, US attorney, Michele Leonelli. Michele is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center who began his career at Latham & Watkins and later served as General Counsel and Vice President of a venture-backed company before building his own practice aimed at helping foreigner companies succeed in the US.
