Bio
Callum Andrew is the Founder and Director of Stragentum, a boutique strategy consultancy in Auckland. He partners with executives and boards to bridge the gap between strategy and commercial results, providing dedicated support in corporate and growth strategy, performance improvement, and transaction advisory.
Prior to establishing Stragentum, Callum held senior commercial positions within the New Zealand export and consumer goods sectors. He served as Head of Strategy for ZIWI, a high-growth global exporter, and held commercial strategy roles at Manuka Health, where he drove US go-to-market execution.
Callum’s strategic expertise is built on a strong technical and financial foundation. He began his career at Todd Energy, working in engineering operations in New Plymouth before moving to the Wellington commercial team to focus on M&A and major tender processes. He subsequently worked in investment banking at Cameron Partners.
Beyond his corporate work, Callum is passionate about driving financial sustainability for member-based organisations. He has provided strategic guidance to the New Zealand Pet Food Association (NZPFA) and the New Zealand Alpine Club (NZAC) to ensure their long-term viability and impact.
Callum graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Engineering and holds a Master of Finance from Massey University.
