US tech entrepreneur Craig Elliott, CEO of Pertino Inc.
Based in Los Gatos, Craig brings over 25 years experience in the Silicon Valley technology sector. Craig is CEO of cloud networking company Pertino Networks, sits on the Xero board of directors and advises organizations like New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
Featured in the NZ Herald, Craig talks about his journey from an Iowa based Apple salesman to leading Packeteer from a three person company to a 200 person company that went public in 1999 with a $2 billion valuation. He spends time in Wanaka with family and through this connection with New Zealand, he has established a new internship program for New Zealand graduates.
Craig helped found the Kiwi Landing Pad, and now joins New Zealand entrepreneurs John Holt and Sam Morgan, Datacom deputy chair Simon Holdsworth and Phil McCaw from venture capital firm MOVAC as a company director of KLP. Established in July 2011, KLP is a not-for-profit based in San Francisco that helps New Zealand technology companies successfully enter the US market
