As a Regional Director, Claire de Carteret leads the Asia Pacific learning and development teams in designing and implementing learning solutions that help Gallup’s clients meet and exceed their organisational goals. Claire provides strategic direction for her region on shaping client solutions, executing sales plans, marketing for events and products, and increasing customer engagement. She is a dedicated performance coach and leader for team members in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Singapore, China, Japan and Korea. Claire also facilitates and leads Gallup learning courses. She is an executive coach, certified through Coaching Australia and serves on the leadership committee of International Coaches Federation (ICF) NSW chapter. Claire is a Gallup Strengths Coach. Claire has been with Gallup since 2007. Prior to her current role, she worked as a client services manager, helping Gallup’s client organisations and internal consulting teams exceed their performance goals through strengths-based development. Claire received her bachelor’s degree in education and international studies and her graduate diploma of business administration from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a graduating MBA from the Australian Institute of Business.
