How Cyber Smart is the New Zealand economy?
2020 Cyber Smart Index Report:
Listen and interact with the top minds in government and industry about New Zealand’s cyber policies, preparedness and economic opportunities.
"The COVID-19 pandemic is likely to increase the importance of cyber security. The likelihood and impact of cyber risks is increased with remote and mobile working".
Businesses that embrace the concept of digital transformation perform better. Yet, three in five businesses in the Asia Pacific region (APAC) have put off digitisation out of fear of cyber-attacks. Against this backdrop, Deloitte Access Economics and VMware have launched a new report, "Cyber Smart – Enabling APAC businesses". Report available at: https://www.vmware.com/content/dam/digitalmarketing/vmware/en/pdf/company/vmw-cyber-smart-enabling-apac-businesses.pdf
In this report, Deloitte Access Economics analyses cyber exposure, preparedness and economic opportunity across 12 economies in APAC. New Zealand ranks 5th on both exposure and preparedness. Its recent cybersecurity strategy is expected to improve preparedness, with a focus on being proactive, resilient and responsive.
Join industry and government experts from Carbon Black, Deloitte and VMware to discuss why cyber security is especially important now.
