California State Senate delegation briefing
This delegation follows the visit to California earlier this year by Prime Minister Ardern and the signing of a climate MOC between California state and NZ. The delegation is focused on climate change mitigation and clean energy, and are interested in steps the Legislature can take to advance the mutual goals of CA and NZ to continue their climate leadership. They are looking for any opportunities for a useful exchange with AmCham companies in the clean energy space and/or a discussion with them about work that could be done to advance connections between California and NZ.
