Leanne Geraghty, Chief Customer and Sales Officer, Air New Zealand
Leanne has had a career in Aviation and Tourism spanning almost 30 years. She joined Air New Zealand in 2004 and was appointed the Chief Customer and Sales Officer in October 2020. In this role she oversees the global sales, brand, marketing, commercial, customer experience, customer care and offshore airports functions.

During her time with Air New Zealand, Leanne has held a number of senior commercial, operational and sales positions in both Australia and New Zealand. Before joining the Executive team, Leanne was the Group General Manager Airports, and was responsible for more than 1,800 employees and operations across 50 airports internationally.

Leanne holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from the University of New South Wales and is also a graduate of the Company Directors course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has studied Marketing at the Australian Institute of Marketing and most recently studied International Business management at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland where she completed an Advanced Management Program.

She has served as the President of the Board of Airline Representatives New Zealand, the Chair of the Board of Airlines Representatives Australia and on the Aviation Panel of the Tourism and Transport Forum Australia.

Kate Daly, Managing Director, People & Culture, Fonterra Co-operative
Kate was appointed as Managing Director People and Culture in August 2021.

She has oversight of the teams responsible for facilitating Fonterra’s people strategy including Culture and Wellbeing, Employment Relations, Leadership Development, Talent and Future Capabilities, Rewards and Global Mobility.

Kate first joined Fonterra in December 2020, making significant contribution to the Co-operative as Director of HR for COO, where she held responsibility for leading the HR function for Fonterra across NZ Manufacturing, Technical Excellence, Global Supply Chain, Global Sustainability, Global Quality & Safety, Category Strategy & Innovation and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Fonterra, Kate had extensive experience in Human Resources and Communications leadership, having held senior roles across these portfolios since 2001. Kate previously led a transformation of the People and Culture function at the BNZ. She also was appointed as the Chief People and Communications Officer with Fletcher Building Ltd. Kate was awarded the HRINZ HR person of the year in 2018 in recognition for her contribution to Fletcher Building.

Kate has a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and International Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology, both from the University of Auckland.

Neena Ullal, General Counsel of High Performance Sport NZ
Neena is currently the General Counsel at High Performance Sport New Zealand.  After spending many years specialising in entertainment and media law, working first for the distribution and networks business of Sony Pictures Entertainment in London and Miami, and then as the newsroom lawyer for TVNZ, she made the switch to sports and HPSNZ in 2019. As HPSNZ’s General Counsel and a member of its senior leadership team, Neena advises on a wide range of matters across the organisation including contractual arrangements, risk and compliance, and integrity issues.

Mair Brooks, Partner, KPMG
Mair has over 20 years’ experience in management consulting, with a wealth of experience in leading, directing and providing insights and assurance around complex infrastructure portfolios and projects. She leads the growing Major Projects Practice to support her clients to deliver large transformational change programs in infrastructure and complex business environments across Government and Corporate sectors from Board level to the front line. Mair has a strong track record of delivering projects across the world.

Mair is an advocate for diversity and inclusiveness and enjoys building teams and supporting leaders to reach their full potential.

Mair is also the co-owner of Mawhitipana Ridge Estate is a single-site vineyard located on Waiheke Island in a sunny coastal valley, producing limited vintages of premium Syrah and Marsanne.
