As Executive Director in the Workforce sector, Malcolm works with organisations and executives to uplift business performance through their people. He has more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide improvement initiatives that impact the workforce through organisation design, workforce transformation, change management, and business process improvement programmes. Malcolm has assisted public and private sector organisations with their HR, workforce performance and change management initiatives in the United States, South East Asia and New Zealand.

Dawn Freshwater, Vice-Chancellor, The University of Auckland
he was the first female Chair of the G08 Research Intensive Universities in Australia and past Chair of the Partnership Board of the World University Network (WUN). She is currently Chair of UNZ Research Committee and Deputy Chair and board Director of Research Australia. Professor Freshwater was awarded her PhD at the University of Nottingham (1998). Her contribution to the fields of Nursing, Public Health (specifically Mental Health and Forensic Mental Health) and in researching Leadership practices won her the highest honour in her field - the Fellowship of the Royal College of Nursing (FRCN). She is an elected Member of the Academia Europea (MAE) and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (FRCSI), both awards were made for her contribution to clinical science. She continues to supervise research students. Her research crosses public health, mental health, clinical psychology, and nursing. Her current grant activity includes being PI on an ARC Linkage Grant related to Youth Suicide and Self-Harm.
Corina Radovanovich, Marketing Leader at Microsoft Asia: AI and Industry Marketing.
Corina built her corporate marketing career at the largest tech companies in the world. Over the past 15 years she’s witnessed the power of business transformation and productivity through the eras of Cloud, Mobile, Data, and AI. As the head of Microsoft Azure Marketing across Asia, Corina leads a diverse team to create customer demand for cloud and AI solutions in the fastest growing economies in the world.
Originally from Oregon, Corina studied Journalism at Arizona State University and earned her MBA at San Diego State University. She’s spent the last 15 years working and living in Seattle and Auckland.
Mary De Fraites, Director, Advisory, PWC
Mary believes that People and Leadership are the most important part of making any business’ transformation succeed and meeting its commercial goals. Having worked in M&A and Restructuring, Mary understands the importance of pace, decision making, and value creation for any major change programme.
Originally from Louisiana, Mary has been with PwC for 23 years in New York, London and now Auckland. She has worked with clients across all sectors, but with a focus in Banking and Capital Markets and Healthcare.
