Stefan was Head of Citi New Zealand Corporate Banking for 10 years before being appointed as Citi New Zealand CEO and Head of Banking in March 2024.
Stefan has over twenty years of experience in the financial services sector; spanning treasury, leverage finance, and institutional banking.
Previously, Stefan held banking roles with Deutsche in London, Citi Switzerland and Westpac.
He has worked with financial institutions, public sector clients and local corporates on bank and bond market financings most notably for Fonterra, Chorus, Spark, Transpower, Fletcher Building, and Air New Zealand.
Stefan has a Bachelors Degree in Finance, a Diploma of Commerce in Economics.
